Interesting response you got Daleg. Does not make sense to me. How hard is it to draft a short release to the market that clearly states it does not recommend the takeover. But in the same release ask to defer the de-listing plans, as giving shareholders more time to consider what only are very new developments must be in the best interest of shareholders. Then say the reason they are deferring delisting plans is to also give INE an easy chance to uplift their on market bid price.
