How can you say its no big deal if the managing director departs? Would like to understand your rationale, it would be a flashing red light for mine.
Your loyalty is to be commended, though perhaps you should take some of your own sage advice from ABM analysis and take a more objective view toward the under-performance of TAM and how it could be addressed.
I have my own opinions on how this company would best move forward!!
