A p/e of 5.4 in mining services is bottom of the barrel stuff.

What sells at 35, it's mucking around, scaring small holders. No profits can be made at 35 unless you were one of the lucky few to ever get it lower. Todays price of 33.5 was the lowest ever.
And I say again, if the company was wound up today and everything sold off we'd get 31c a share.
If you're not interested and hold no stock, keep your thoughts to yourself.
