I could be wrong but it appears that MM may have picked up around 2m shares.
15% rule would be 17,205,557 shares, however the unconditional portion is 15,155,000 and conditional is 5,678,333.
So did MM and/or Mrs MM pick up 2,050,557, which is close to $2.5m???
Or someone else related directly or indirectly to the directors?
