i like the idea of only doing half, and then half after a vote on it.

i hold EGO and they stick there hand out for sophisticated investors all the time and it really annoys the general s/holders

also the discount is not that much cheaper only 0.05 down.

still considering buying, esp if i can get in at .31 which is where it is headed..... now just need some funds from somewhere :)
