The 2.85c price (per current share) is not such a great surprise. The 1 for 7 consolidation was not expected, but is probably sound long term corporate management.
Pricing of executive options is a bit too low, given that AMG directors have not been very visble in promoting AMG as an investment, but I suppose you have to give them credit for securing the deal, and financing it.
It really is a case of an unknown minnow making a BIG jump up the ladder.
Thumbs up from me as solid achievement. Not expecting huge gains today/tommorow, but expecting good things longer term.
