patience...are you serious??
I have been waiting 12 months for them to put a hole in the ground
as for keeping the market informed, if a company wants to put a deadline on the due diligence period then they should update the market when it lapses even if due diligence is ongoing
maybe have a look at some other companies in similar situatuions such as SDL, they update the market even though little has changed
