re: Ann: Court adjournment regarding proposed... Unless one intends buying/selling CER shares pre-aggregation, the actual CER share price is now irrelevant to us shareholders buying into the new entity.

As exsiting CER holders, we have had our purchasing power already established (47c per share purchasing power into the new entity). There is effectively a floor underpinning our existing holdings.

The aggregation will proceed one way or another, so any drop in share price should be viewed as a buying opportunity.

Those who panic sold yesterday, either don't want to be part of CRF or clearly don't understand the facts at hand.
