They rang. Apparently the rights issue announced earlier in the year is trading under SXGRA. The new renouncable rights will be issued yest/today so they should be in the account tomorrow I expect. But its still awfully confusing...Why would they not be trading now..?
The Company expects the Rights Issue to be conducted in accordance with the following timetable:
Securities are quoted on an “ex” basis (the “ex” date) and rights trading
commences 17 November 2011
Record Date for Rights Issue 23 November 2011
Despatch prospectus and entitlement and acceptance forms to Eligible
Shareholders and announce despatch has been completed 25 November 2011
Offer opens 25 November 2011
Rights trading ends 2 December 2011
New Shares quoted on deferred settlement basis 5 December 2011
Acceptances close at 5pm (WST) 9 December 2011
Notify ASX of under subscriptions 14 December 2011
Despatch date of holding statements 19 December 2011
Trading commences for New Shares on a normal basis 20 December 2011
