JC our issues cannot be graded out unfortunately. Sprouting is being detected visually and then goes into the falling numbers test which supposedly gives the official reading on 'technical sprouting'. I will be filling our on farm silos with off spec grain though. Unlike the east coast experience last year, its hard to see off spec wheats falling too much further with the upside with grading to quality for next year probably a fair punt. We can book noodles for $250/t today for 12/13 crop here in WA.
