IMHO no, I would say support from recent valuation increases and behind the scenes stockpiling of positions, evident from the recent 603 form. Looks like somethings brewing, and the substantial holdings movement /buying is supporting the share price. Hopefully it continues until we can get that reserve upgrade - wasn't that due out this month? No guarantee though :(
