It's a little unexpected for me to have information you may be looking for noellyn as you have such a great knowledge of EXS, but I think I can answer this one.
I just received a form (with return envelope) from EXCO requesting bank details (and TFN) to deposit cash dividends.
I still need to send mine off actually -I'd better hurry up.
