This is disgraceful. I just mailed my response for the the meeting today. I only have a small holding in FGL left so it doesn't really matter much to me (Iwon't bother doing all the sums for the pros and cons of the revised offer), but there will be plenty of shareholders in a tax sensitive position that it will make a difference.This should have been sorted out long ago.
