I didnt even realise they had announced the cap raisig details until I saw your post (because I'd removed the stock from my watchlist after that stupid tenement acquisition announcement).

This is disgraceful!

They make an announcement about a tenement acquisition, while casually mentioning (in the original trading halt request) an equity raising without any details...people get sucked into buying the shares because it was deemed a material transaction...and then ON THE SAME DAY they release a meeting notice much later showing the raising is at 10c and only to people that fall within S708 effectively killing the SP - and more importantly anyone that bought in on the tenement acquisition.

Why were the cap raising details not in the same announcement as the tenement acquisition that brought the company out of trading halt???
