At the end of the day WAL is undervalued and off investors radar.
In this market environment it is difficult for Managements/Boards job to promote the company unless we see some bold moves.

I can not see a CLR takeover till the 7.4 Million CLR shares are issued to WAL. (The market hates Government decision uncertainty even thow it’s a rubber stamp)

In looking at page 42 of the annual report the top 20 control 77% prior to last weeks buy back. There are 896 Shareholders and 259 are less than a marketable quantity.
Interesting.
