Though I lost a lot of money in Key, I truly believable that key has no value for the shareholders. Key spent around 20M$ in the last three years without showing any progress. It is a setup to make the directors super rich.

If they spent around 20M$ (in three years) without any progress (in fact key lost assets), what do u expect from 450K annually?

I think this is not enough to massage the bank account of the directors.
