Hi Ladies and Gents

I really love those houses they are building for the locals. Wish I could move in one of them instead of waiting to recover my losses on ADU LOL

On a serious note ADU seem to be doing all the right things yet nobody taking it very seriously. Why?

I mean apart from the lousy market and all that " sky is going to fall" doom and gloom stuff ADU seem to be ignored lot more than its fair share LOL
