hi jferraz, yes I agree, vote against all resolutions especially the remuneration package, and re-election of Craig Readhead, this clown has been there from Day 1 and just pockets the money without doing anything constructive.
I suggest that all IRL shareholders vote NO for all resolutions except possibly No 2. I'd doubt whether Mr Ravi Shastri is worth his salt either, just another snout at the trough.
