Hi Kruiser,

Quarterly is another copy and paste job. The only issue I noticed was that:

"Planned drilling was curtailed with the focus being placed upon finalising due diligence for the
arrangement".

The way I read it is that they have got a lot riding on this deal.It worries me to think what will happen if this deal falls through with only 3.8 mio in the bank and .9 mio expected cash outflows in the final quater of this year.

As you already mentioned, the second 45 day period is close to expire.Time is running out fast.

Let's hope for some good news in the near future.
