It's called "Another New Hope buyer emerges, from India".
It says JSW Steel might make an offer, that the sale priocess is moving at pace, and that a development is imminent. Before JSW Steel, 3 parties had approached NHC. MF Global Securities has said XStrata could also make an offer.
