wal management lack of disclosure

After reading the AGM docs i am becoming more and more concerned about this company. From the time of the announcement last december of the extra 7.4m shares of CLR , NEVER has it been stated that 12% of shares will be issued to fund this. THIS IS SERIOUS DILUTION and a material transaction for the company which was never fully disclosed.

I AM STILL WAITING for drilling results from BLACKWATER which have never been released despite supposed drilling mar through june

AGM docs talk of drilling Dysart again, no explanation why .. i thought we drilled this and found no economic coal

AGM coming up .. we need to send a message
