the hole is important because the JORC must come from the eight drill holes (well seven, excluding #4) planned
the historical oil holes cannot be used for the JORC
so if hole #1 is poor then we must wait for holes #5 and #6
if hole #6 is a winner then possibly they will need to drill another hole near hole #1
