Haha, haven't got the 1st letter yet, where are they sending these, and they want to run a chemical plant?

So CMR still haven't lodged last years financials and that is now holding things up.

"In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 10.13.3, the Notice stated that the new shares would be issued to Coffee House and YA in respect to conversion of their respective
debts within one month of the date of the EGM held on 18 August 2011 and at which the relevant resolutions set out in the Notice were passed."

Yawn... shares should have been issued by 18th of September, now a dealine of 31st Oct?

Still reckon the ASX are wondering how to get the extra decimal point ready for CMR's re listing.

2 Bill+ shares, and a pile of metal and pipes in NT somewhere, great...
