while i await for the pressures to be revealed and for me to have a clear(er) understanding of what's going on, or, at least wait for the 120750 level to break i am going through some emails that may be found by you to be useful

a word of warning, yes, some of these people are trying to sell you something, even so, there's still good material to be taken without buying anything......market profile/delta is very popular with small sects of the intra day community and there's a lot of vendor/sellers around and if you look closely you'll find (like these guys) that they'll do videos you can download, no cost......just put up with the repeat junk in your inbox.....

as i trade cfd's and not (currently) the ES their type of strategy requires some thinking because of the spread diff on the price levels....essentially, what you should concentrate on is the approach that these traders have and how they are interpreting the unfolding pricing....much like VSA and alike, there is no one rule so take the whole presentation as part of an idea that might work for you.....if you know someone who trades for a living they'll be able to clarify some of the ideas.......anyways, enjoy, it isnt really advertising and i think its a great way to start if youre recent to the arena and even for those who've been at the screen for a while there's a lot to learn.......always learning......hopefully the moderators will view this and see the benefits of the post
