It is not managements duty or responsibility to ensure that all shareholders have the funds to participate in a SPP and like I said, dilution is one of the many risks of investing in a high risk speculative stock such as ELK.
In relation to your comments regarding the Lower Shannon, if you think management are lying to shareholders and you don't trust them, why in the world are you still a shareholder??!?!?!?
