    fair cop, I never said I was 100% certain though, i am relatively new to the stock if you recall. good on you for contacting the company though.

    just the paragraph I read in the OXXCA offer document said that dividends would be pro rata, thats why I included the paragraph in my post, if I am wrong so be it, if I was just an OXX holder I would be a little dirty though
