    The question is what happens when Sin Tang didn't get what they want (remove directors)? Are they going to dump 10.6m shares 'at-market' & suppress share price to $0.001? This will force FWL to issue massive amount of shares to SpringTree & Taifeng may walk away. I am worry what Sin Tang will do next.
