Not good:

Both parties are satisfied that significant and positive progress has been made on due diligence and progressing the financing plan for the Parker Range Project, noting that the Investment Group requires clarification of the time frame to define port access.

Still stuck on the port access issue! I am tempted to add some at these levels on the back of Nathan's buying and the hotchpotch of other assets but think the market will judge it harshly if the Investment Group walks away because of the ports issue.
