how is this company worth $50m?, page-11

I was just having a look at OpenX and it appears to be in direct competition with google and offer a pretty much identical service. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I would have though that if large publishers like Seloger and REA wanted this kind of ad server they would just use Google.
I believe the reason they chose Adslot is because it allows them to maintain direct control over the kinds of ads and who places the ads on their website, instead of handing control over to another company. This is why I think the chances of success for Webfirm and the Adslot platform are good.
