re: Ann: Update on Shaw River's suspensio...
Many of us have previously expressed confidence in the Shaw River executive team. Despite whatever complexities that may exist with this current claim, I remain confident in their ability to resolve this issue in the best interests of the company and us, the shareholders. I have no doubt that the best legal minds are on the case and don't underestimate the wise counsel and support of the Atlas board.
Look, these situations are never as we would like them and always take time to resolve, either in court or by negotiation. I would encourage the Shaw team to press on and not cave in to parties which might be trying to strongarm a forced settlement through fear of market reaction. We're a tight knit register and know that the long term results will pay off, so we don't need to fear a short term hit. There is more than one way to skin a cat.
Let's keep in the forefront of our minds, that whilst this speed bump may dominate the discussions boards, Shaw continues to press on with DAILY with drilling, exploration, assays, resource upgrades at Otjo, Butre and Baramine and we will power through this sideshow.
Perhaps the claimants would be wise to give up on their past attachments and buy in for the benefit of all. They know this company is going places, that's why they're digging in.
Who will be the first to blink? Not me.
