It has to be a very real possibility, a capital raising of 100k is pitiful, that 100k has probably already been spent, if the company is not out of cash by now they must be very close. In the absence of a major deal with Woolies or Coles and an inability to raise capital they won't be able to keep the lights on past the end of October.
