    Hi Dalley, I would like to say to you, yes, I think it is a good time to buy, but I can't do it because, despite the fact, that the management has turned the co around and I believe they are doing a reasonable job and COF has a good reputation, I would still wait a bit longer to see how the situation develops. I am, btw, very much in red, so I am only waiting for the situation to improve and believe me, I have a very long wait.
