    It does not matter what the "code" is telling you.
    The Board has recommended the offer!
    We need the independent valuation to be a lot higher than the offer or we are goners!
    Hopefully there are other things afoot that we are not aware of at the moment or we are in for a hard time stopping the takeover.
    I live in hope!
