re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in ESG... I am looking for advice on the DB annoucements made earlier today.
Can anyone tell me if STO can loan its shares to DB (it's advisor) and therefore all DB to vote YES for the upcoming vote? Is this possible? Could this be STO and DB's strategy.
I doubt DB would be shorting ESG for others to undermine one of its clients?
Others agree? (If this is the case, then it adds another level of difficulty to get the NO vote up).
