I think the interesting question here is "what is the rest of the board doing". All I hear is Mark A this and Mark A that! The company has other directors, who might I add after reading Annual Reports are on nice $$$. Maybe a share holders meeting will give some answers. The word from site is that whilst he is busting his b*lls to keep the show on the road, he is going it alone. Regardless, these other chaps need to be reminded that a position on the board is a position that carry’s responsibility to act in the best interest of share holders. And yes I am sure they are share holders too, but are they just happy to watch the spoils of a record POG sail by or do they have another motive.
