Poor advice...those with cash would be better served in proven performers that have been caught up in the negative market sentiment.
PLA is currently being rated like a speculative explorer, like it or lump it.
Does PLA really deserve a SP of $0.16, probably not, but bad management will do that to a stock, no matter they sit on.
Also Sth Africa is no longer the place to invest.
