re: Ann: Foster's Board Recommends $5.523... There's an article on Business Spectator this morning that says exactly what I was thinking. It's a shame to see 'Our' company get snapped up cheaply when it can generate so much cash. SABMiller are timing it perfectly, as are others with their take overs of late.
"It also reflects some bad decisions by the Foster?s board, who decided not to explain to shareholders that Foster?s earned $650 million in sustainable yearly disposable cash in 2010/11."
