Interesting Ozwire. Can you be sure they "stole" the technology? Why would PPY choose to ignore the infringements? As investors past and present we were assured that the PPY technology was protected by patents in just about every country in the world. This was truly the value of the company. At least that is the way I saw it. So how valid are these patents and how much are they really worth if two ex partners can set up and produce without recourse? What is happening in Walkamn? Anyone know?
