What am I missing?
Apparently it is not price sensitive that KEY retains a 5% stake in the Nyuni-2 drill which, on a good result, could have a value of over $10 million on a company with a market cap of $3 million?
Why would the ASX not consider that information price sensitive given the imminent drill result?
Why would KEY directors not make this clear to their shareholders?
Who purchased those ~2.7 million shares yesterday?
Will KEY directors bother to inform their shareholders that Nyuni-2 is retained today or will we be expected to rely on unconfirmed rumours on this and the UK stock discussion forums?
Why does the ASX bother to have a company news release mechanism when KEY shareholders get most of their price sensitive information from HC?
Have ASIC staff given themselves a pay rise recently? Must be overdue!
