I not the broker conducting the buyback is the same one that wrote the report with a target of 48c.
They seem to think it's "yet to be known by market partcipants" (ie under the radar)
They add
"In our experience price anomalies are not sustainable and usually resolve themselves over time"
Maybe when they start paying a regular Divi the market will wake up?"
