Northboy, is 30% a big MOS to you? We obviously have different understandings of BIG MOS. Something that I didn't make clear was that even when the price dropped just before annual report (high $4) the MOS I use for companies that have cashflow issues is extremely conservative. Now northboy think that if your 30% MOS is not that big to me, and I used an extremely conservative MOS for MCE using my standards do you still think I'm "justifying the problems with MCE". Even though RM bought at $8.50 I did not. As I stated previously I don't follow Roger blindly but am apprecitive to him for his book and blog as I am to Buffett for starting me on this journey. Not all of us have been burnt by Matrix. Not yet anyway!

Psychiatrist along with a few other metrics I also look at P/S ratio and make sure what I purchase is not outrageously high. Has saved me a few times!!! I think at its peak MCE was at about 6.70 (too high for me). Again to illustrate the point to northboy, I doubt if RM would use P/S ratio as he doesn't use the PE ratio. I find the best way to invest is to find something you are comfortable with and for me that is to learn of a range of people eg: Buffett, Fisher, Peter Lynch, Montgomery etc and adapt it to my beliefs and temperment.

Here's hoping they win a contract soon. Don't think 1 contract will change the price much but a few could certainly turn the price around.
