re: Ann: Section 249D Request to call a Gener... Seems a tad harsh that the directors go through all this effort to secure a funding agreement only for that company to try and sack all the directors. Would have been better for them to add one of their own directors as a condition of funding imo.

Although progress has been slow, FWL have done well in drastically reducing spending output to avoid big dilution.
