    Good luck practicing. Ket us know if you do any digging on previous owners of the leases. I can't find much, but from what I did find it looked to me like AUK had done some good deals.

    Don't be discouraged by the low levels of discussion on HC ... OSR will pop up from week to week with something to add ...
