I'm no longer bankIng on crows. Only reason to go to one contractor os because you have a clear favorite. And the incumbent always has the advantage. Haven't heard much but I'm no longer optimistic. Let's say less than 50:50.
Having said that, they have the capacity to service more smaller contracts for crows. I'm holding but I'll be keeping a close eye on the p&l.
