I don't know. But by the sound of Mutiny's announcement, they sound like they secured Gullewa.
So I guess we'll have to wait for SHD's announcement on the stance of this.
So we will receive $4m cash + extension fee of $150,000 and issued 300,000 Mutiny shares and 100,000 2 year unlisted options exerciseable at 12.5 cents.
I think for being 2 weeks late Mutiny may pay SHD another 100,000 worthless shares I guess.
