    I don't see it as an enigma. People work out how much they will pay pre-dividend, and a lid goes on. It's tricky when a special dividend is in the way (see SIP, RHG, and more recently WPG). WPG is very current, and its SP is one to watch. It has a very tight trading range, as does EXS. These dividend/special event companies, then develop a "new" value, if you will, post-dividend. Also, as EXS continues to develop its remaining assets, it will, like all companies in the ASX, do well on green days (on hopes), and do poorly on red days.

    I was reading through your long original post, and trying to get the gist. I am not sure if you are questioning if there is something "broken" about EXS, and why it is trading where it is (if so what share price would you expect at this stage of proceedings?) Perhaps there is a pick up of some (few) EXS holders concerns/anxieities of where the SP is. You're not a CDU shareholder, are ye? I know how competitive they can be when it comes to neighbourhood stocks.
