re: Ann: Meridian receives AU$5M from Northwe... The Indian Director on the Board of Meridian did not vote against the takeover. Due to a conflcilt of interest he abstained from the vote. Also Binani Zinc agreed to a deal whereby their offtake rights are being bought out and this is to make the deal go ahead with the Chinese. I take that as Binani Zinc being all for the deal as they have done something to help facilitate the transaction. Subject to the IER being positive this deal we go through at 14c.
