It seems there are buyers for $15.98! Noone would get much arb from 2c on a $16.00 offer, so the buyers must think there is something in the wind. All I can find in the recent news is this, which says nothing we don't already know:

The more people are willing to pay for MCC shares,the more reason to hold, imo. Unless it all comes crashing down. :)
