What does everyone make of the latest results?

I am going through the statements and noticed in Cash Flow from Financing Activities Dividends paid of $1,055,583. There is no suggestion who this dividend is paid to. It wasn't common stockholders. Any ideas? Seems a little strange.

There are a couple of other irregularities.

In the operational update earlier they said "the company will incur non-recurring impairment charges, reductions in asset carrying values and restructuring expenses in the range of $8.8m & $10.8m".

In the investor presentation they said that they incurred $10.8m in charges and met guidance but I cannot find this amount anywhere in the revenue statement. They have $3,115,527 which presumably relates to continuing operation impairment charges and then a charge for $8,255,138 relating to discontinued operations.

Am I missing something?
