Frmen1 I will try and put it best I can. A chart shows us among other things, psychology. At the moment "market has called TRH's top price 95 cents, we use the closeing price as this is where it"settled" for the day, a new psychological figure. Just as we all want to make money, we all hate losing money, so no-one likes to take that step. Today we retraced very quickly as close time came around, I would have check the actual figures but I think you will find that most trading today was between the 88-89 cents pushing up to the intra-day high of 91.5. At 2.15 for the 3rd time buyers stepped up to 90 cents, we hovered here at 88-89 for just under 1 hour, we are now only 50mins from the bell. Now it gets interesting, those wanting to take a profit knowing the bell is going to ring they panic into the sellers hands. If you get a chance see how quickly the bids are shuffled down the line. But notice also it was bought back up again, this is all healthy IMO. Ever notice how people will charge after a stock that has been recommended by a report say D+D's or the speculator, that's the fear of missing out. Imagine if a Broker had put a buy on TRH for 60 cents with a target of 90cents, That's a bit like a support and resistance line. It is the places throughout the stocks life that create psychological barriers. 90 cents is strong in TRH as not only is it the"top",(close), but we have fallen just as quick from here in the past. But previously we did no,IMO, have the new insto, that is among the trading now. TRH is not a penny stock, it has great fundamentals, it is not fueled by rampant speculation, therefore it attracts a different kind of buyer. Three reasons IMO not to panic, the price was bought back up again on close. The company is young and and in such is making it's own history, 90 cents will be broken and a new barrier will be formed and this will happen all the way to the top, where ever that may be. TRH runs very nicely, perhaps too quickly for a nervous market. Really hope this helps, i have never been good at explaining things, gets lost between my brain and mouth, hence why I couldn't discuss with Isplicer on the weekend. But if your are reading Isplicer I am getting some things together for you, to try and make it easier in explanation :) Please let me know if I lost ya.
